We would like to honor Dennis Standard with our Yukon Jack Day on March 7th this year. This is the birthday of a man who loved his family deeply and had a big heart and often a helping hand for many employees throughout the years. We cherish the memories and the traditions that  we want to keep alive for him.On March 7th, all day long we will have $2.00 Yukon shots and we think a chance to share a story and honor a man loved by his family, friends and community. Days go by, and I look for his smile or to see him walk around the corner into the dining room. His tradition of having you do a shot of Yukon with him on your birthday for me goes back to the early Dance Hall days. I can remember doing a "fake shot" with a bartender in J.J. Announcing The IRISH BUFFET- Just in time for St. Patrick's Day!  We will offer our delicious Corned beef and Cabbage as the center stage for our IRISH BUFFET!  The items included: Corned Beef- Cabbage-Red Potatoes- Guinness Barbecue Brisket- Mixed Vegetables-Irish grouper- Loaded Mashed potatoes and dinner rolls with our soup and salad bar. Valentine's Day is on Wednesday February 14th and Big Muddy's is ready to make your day special. We will be open all day with terrific lunch specials. Starting at 4:00 we will begin the Sweetheart Buffet which will have Crab Legs, Prime Rib, Fried Shrimp, Pasta, potatoes and vegetables plus the full Soup and Salad bar for $21.99.        We offer full menu on this night. We will have two Chef inspired dishes. You can create your own  Surf and Turf option of a New York Strip and you can add scallops or lobster to complete your meal. Our seafood selection this year will be a Red Snapper in a cream sauce with capers accompanied by asparagus and hollandaise sauce.
